The little known benefit of depressive episodes is this: it strips away the bullshit and leaves the raw bones of life. You get to see what really matters and what really doesn't.
Hey Tanya: I think I read on the blog somewhere that you're a buddhist. Do you have any recommendations (bookwise) for someone looking to learn more about buddhism? Always been curious about it but haven't really found anything worth reading yet.
